Return Window
- Standard Items: 30 days from delivery date
- Bowling Balls (Undrilled): 30 days from delivery date
- Drilled Bowling Balls: 14 days from delivery date
- Custom/Personalized Items: Non-returnable unless defective
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags and labels
- Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation
- Free from odors, dirt, or excessive wear
Non-Returnable Items
- Drilled bowling balls (after 14-day period)
- Used bowling shoes for hygiene reasons
- Personalized or custom-engraved items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Refund Methods
- Original Payment Method: Full refund processed within 3-5 business days
- Store Credit: Available for exchanges or future purchases
- Cash Refunds: Available for in-store purchases only
Return Shipping
- Defective Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Customer Returns: Customer responsible for return shipping unless item was shipped incorrectly
- Return Address: Provided via email upon return authorization

Exchanges
- Size/color exchanges accepted within return window
- Customer pays shipping difference for exchanges
- Exchanges processed within 2-3 business days of receipt
Drilling Services
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If not satisfied with drilling, we'll re-drill at no charge within 14 days
- Measurement Errors: Free re-drilling if measurements were taken incorrectly by our staff
- Customer Error: Re-drilling available at standard rates if customer provided incorrect specifications
Defective Items
Report defective items within 48 hours of delivery:
- Manufacturing defects covered under manufacturer warranty
- Shipping damage covered by our replacement guarantee
- Photos may be required for damage assessment
Refund Timeline
- Processing: 1-2 business days after item received
- Credit Card Refunds: 3-5 business days to appear on statement
- Venmo Refunds: 1-3 business days
- Check Refunds: 7-10 business days
Restocking Fees
- Standard Returns: No restocking fee
- Bowling Ball Returns: 15% restocking fee on undrilled balls
- Large Equipment: 20% restocking fee on items over $200
International Returns
International customers responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. Contact customer service for return authorization.
