Columbia 300 brings back an icon with the return of the legendary Piranha, reimagined for today’s game in its unmistakable vibrant orange finish. This modern Piranha Solid pays homage to the era when the original ruled the lanes, while incorporating updated technology to meet current lane conditions and performance demands. Using the proven Piranha core shape as a foundation, Columbia 300 refined the design by adjusting internal densities and removing the PowerCOR nugget. These changes raised the RG and lowered the differential, resulting in a more controlled, consistent motion with the predictable early roll that made the Piranha name famous. Wrapped in the latest HyperFlex solid coverstock, a non-HK22 formula that proved itself in the Pulse, the Piranha Solid delivers a smooth yet confident read of the lane. Finished at 1500 grit, this ball is built for medium to heavy oil conditions where control and reliability are critical. The bold orange shell sends a clear message to the competition: the Piranha is back, and it’s ready to dominate once again.
